PLACING AN ORDER
Online ordering is currently possible for the following products:
Custom pillows, motorcoach bedding, home bedding
Ready-made pillows, motorcoach bedding, home bedding
Custom orders with intricate designs will require a sketch, photo or magazine tear sheet; fax, mail or email illustrations to us accompanied by as much description as possible.
ORDER PROCESS
Ready-made Goods are in limited stock and subject to availability. Shipping charges: smaller items (i.e., a few yards of trim and fabric, ready-made pillows 14" square or smaller, etc.) will ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box at $9.80 plus $5 handling fee. Larger and/or heavy items will incur additional "balloon-rate" or "dimensional-weight" shipping charges. Please feel free to request quote before ordering.
Custom Orders will commence production when payment has been received. Ship date is usually 4 weeks from order commencing. Complex designs and large orders could extend production time. Cancellations will not be accepted once the fabric has been cut. All timely cancellations must be received in writing. Shipping charges: custom pillow(s) without fill/form might be able to ship in USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box at $12.95 plus $5 handling fee. However, pillows with fill, bedding and other larger items will incur additional "balloon-rate" or "dimensional-weight" shipping charges.
